2026 Sprint Dry-Tri

This July, Radford Fitness challenges you to complete the 2026 Sprint Dry-Tri.
The event consists of three parts, all of which must be completed on the same day:
Row: 750 meters (0.5 miles)
Bike: 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) on an upright or spin bike
Run: 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) on a treadmill
To participate, sign a waiver at the front desk. Upon completion, upload three photos of the equipment screens, along with your name, date, and contact number.
