Corry Station Child Development Center

Corry Child Development Center is designed to meet the individual developmental needs of military children by offering quality child care. Corry Child Development Center provides low adult-to-child ratios that support quality experiences for young children. Training and Curriculum Specialists are onsite and mentor staff which fosters professional development. Corry Child Development Center supports parent involvement and works with a team of professionals to ensure the inclusion of all children. All Navy operated programs use The Creative Curriculum, a standard curriculum model designed to support individualized planning for children while guiding their learning as meaningful and purposeful experiences. This research-based curriculum approach fosters early brain development and school success thus providing continuity for military families adapting to frequent moves between installations. Corry Child Development Center offers full-day care for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. Staff work in partnership with parents to meet each individual child's needs in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. Hourly care is available. The program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and meets the highest quality of early childhood program standards and criteria.

Corry Child Development Center provides full day childcare for military families and DoD-affiliated sponsors from 5:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday. To be eligible for care, your child must have a military or other eligible DoD-affiliated sponsor. DoD families must use MCC (militarychildcare.com) to request care at all Navy Child and Youth Programs and are required to show proof of eligibility when they enroll and annually thereafter. Offers for childcare will be made through MCC based on the household’s priority. Detailed descriptions of each military family type and corresponding DoD Priority are available at Family Eligibility and Priority Guidelines | MCC Central (disa.mil)

For military families who are on the waitlist and have not been offered care at a Navy CYP, Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) is a fee assistance program that keeps affordable child care in reach for eligible families. It’s intended for families who cannot access military-operated care due to distance or waitlists. With fee assistance, a portion of your child care cost is paid to reduce the cost of using community-based care. Go to MCCYN Navy | MCC Central (disa.mil) for more information and eligibility.
